Refunds are available within 14 days of project commencement if you are not satisfied with our initial concepts. However, once design work has progressed beyond the initial concept phase, refunds are not available. All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
